WHAT SESSIONS WE WILL DO + THE ‘HOW’
In this experience you will have my Intuition as our first method. Every session could be very different, depending on what you need. I work with spirit guidance, your higher self + my Holy Trinity Method to make sure you get the BEST results. Some sessions are purely coaching & mentoring based where we TALK a lot, some you will be in deep states of altered consciousness where we travel through healing timelines and energy upgrades.
✧ SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING:
In our subconscious sessions, you will receive reprogramming of old belief systems, we will go back in childhood and family dynamics to heal the beliefs keeping you stuck and create new programming that you CHOOSE.
It’s a fusion of hypnosis, EMDR, alhemy through your senses + energetics of visualisation. We will work shifting and reprogramming your subconscious mind in order to master your Mindset! We work with the quantum field in a way where you will be reprogramming both past, present and future beliefs at the same time, working with different versions of you at different stages in life.
✧ SHAMANIC JOURNEYING + ENERGY HEALING
Through shamanic healing we can address and get to the root cause of blockages that are holding you back from experiencing the life you truly desire. I will help you retrieve Soul parts that have been lost. Clear ancestral and collective energies. Cord removals and aura clearing + protection. Spirit guides and power animals is a big part of these sessions. You will be guided with my voice, the shaman drum and go into a trans state to create cellular upgrades.
✧ EMBODIMENT & RELEASE RBEATHWORK
We will do deep therapeutic breathworks to fully release emotions from your body, use your physical vessel to OPEn for new magic to come in, connect deeper to your physical sensation of LOVE, sparkling pleasure, openness to receive + trust and faith. These are journeys where you will also manifest a LOT and see your Visions more clearly with my guidance. Here we also work with the shamanic drum and putting you into altered states of consciousness to really create life-changing shifts.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
→ 1 x 90 min start up session (Strategy & intentions to create a “map” of the shifts you are ready to do & opening ceremony manifest).
→ 3 x monthly sessions x 4 months each 75 min long (a total of 12 sessions)
→ Weekly support in our private Telegram chat for mentoring and support in between our sessions (This is where you integrate everything from our sessions, I am there to keep you motivated, stay aligned with spirit, send you magical voicemsgs of encouragement and practices so you don’t loose track of the magic you are creating - this is usually the biggest parts of our work).
→ 2 x personal hypnosis recordings that you can use as daily meditations (around 15-20 mins long).
