A soft introduction to Ayurveda for the woman who desires to feel more grounded, radiant, connected to her body and in love with her self-care rituals again.
In this free workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of Ayurveda, discover the different doshas (Vata, Pitta & Kapha), and begin to understand how the elements influence your energy, digestion, emotions, hormones and cycle.
We’ll cover:
• The basics of Ayurveda & the elements
• How to recognize your dosha through physical and emotional patterns
• Understanding your cycle through the lens of Ayurveda
• Simple practices, foods & lifestyle shifts to create more balance
My intention is for you to leave with more clarity around your body, a deeper understanding of what may be out of balance — and simple, feminine practices to start supporting yourself in a softer and more aligned way.
